〔記者錢利忠／台北報導〕情侶大玩性愛遊戲，女方撒嬌討吻，男方抵死不親，女方面子
掛不住，氣得大喊：「不要！」未料，男方以為女友太入戲，嬌喊台詞，繼續賣力衝撞，
事後遭女友提告，吃上強制性侵官司，台北地檢署調查，雙方事後仍繼續交往，女方下體
也沒因強力抵抗受傷，且女方反悔撤告，認定男方罪證不足，給予不起訴。

檢方調查，今年6月10日凌晨3點多，年約20多歲的正妹夢夢，與法國籍男友安東（皆化名
）在住處雲雨，情侶倆一時「性」起，大玩角色扮演遊戲，上演「洋腸（指偏愛西方男子
）欺弱女」戲碼。

夢夢哭訴，向男友索吻遭拒，感覺氣氛不對不想做，「都說不要了，他還一直來！」男方
反駁，當時在玩「性侵遊戲」，以為女友喊台詞助興，後來女友哭了就沒再繼續。

檢方認為，雙方自願玩性愛遊戲，女方雖想中途停止，但男方無法立即知悉女方想法，男
方察覺女方異狀後有中止性行為，且雙方「床頭吵，床尾和」，仍持續交往，認定男方性
侵罪證不足。
