自己有個小砲友群，大家都周末約來約去
大家都有個自覺把所有的性交意願打到聊天室裡，因為都有聊天記錄佐證，算是個自保
但這幾天有個炮友（有在玩SM）提出說想體驗睡姦。大概就是她躺床上睡覺，炮友們進房幹
她。
由於這牽涉到意願跟當下性自主權的問題。尤其她是真的睡著了（按脈搏跳很慢），而且據
說有吃藥妝店的舒眠藥
所以想請問這樣法律上如何自保？
雖說她有請場控（一來不要讓人多吵醒她，二來是確認不要讓閒雜人等進房）
但這跟“她本人”的意願還是有差啊
就算她有說他可以認同場控核準的人來幹她，但如果他要告其中幾個人的話法律上是可以的
吧？
雖說大家朋友一場不會弄這麼難看，但主動的自保措施有嗎？（除了不上她以外）
