做下半身的訓練真的有用
雖然我對健身這塊不專業
但我自己感覺得出來
老哥我雖然有老婆
但因為工作關係
還是定時一到兩天清槍
順便去角質(這樣才光滑)
只有洗澡前有做仰臥跟深蹲
洗澡清槍的時間真的會變久
而且血液更集中 感覺更敏感
而且不用做多
我有時候懶只做20下深蹲而以
休息五分鐘洗澡 清槍就感覺跟平常不一樣
各位可以試試看
