花蓮一名小護士被網友封為是誠實姐，原來一名騎士日前上班時發現，機車後照鏡被撞壞，玻璃碎一地，原本火冒三丈，卻發現車後座夾了一張小紙條，寫著「我不小心撞到你的後照鏡，我賠你」，還留下聯絡方式，原來是一名年輕的小護士，撞壞他的後照鏡，覺得不好意思，但等了十幾分鐘都等不到人，只好留紙條；車主覺得很窩心，把照片PO上網，說自己用壞掉的後照鏡，換到一顆美麗的心。
