昨天終於第一次喝茶
但是結束之後不但沒有放鬆紓壓 反而壓力更大
一直擔心會不會得病
沒食慾 睡不好 心悸 反胃什麼的
雖然有戴套 但有被無套吹還是有風險
店家也說有定期檢查沒問題
但就還是一直恐懼
怕出狀況被家人或朋友知道
或是怕一直沒有的症狀不知道什麼時後會出現
現在檢測也測不出什麼
然後就滿滿的後悔跟罪惡感
雖然早就知道一定有風險
沒想到心理壓力這麼大哈哈
大家第一次也有這種情形嗎?
還是我想太多了?
