桃園市中壢區三和三街與大仁一街兩棟大學生出租宿舍，從今年三月起住在裡面的女學生晾在晒衣場的內衣褲多次遭竊，讓住在裡面的女大生惶惶不安，怕遇上偷內衣賊遭到傷害，女大生把監視器錄到的竊賊影像印出來公告大家要小心。
中壢警方接獲報案後，經過多日偵辦昨日向法院聲請搜索票，前往潘姓（23歲）彩妝師住處搜索，當場起獲46件女內褲和25件女性內衣，潘男坦承自己有戀物癖看到女性內衣褲就會興奮，坦承先後8次到這兩棟學生宿舍偷竊，每次都是在外面等，跟著開門學生進入。潘有多項前科，自稱有憂鬱症領有殘障手冊，警方偵訊後依竊盜罪嫌送辦。（突發中心吳詠平／桃園報導）
