基隆市1名侯姓涼麵學徒（18歲），去年跟女友交往，還送女友親手做的的「愛心涼麵」，
感情穩定。未料去年6月間下午，女友一如往常跟男友撒嬌說：「人家肚子餓，想吃涼麵！
」侯男趕緊送1盒涼麵到女友家，發現女友尚未回家。
侯男目光被在沙發上熟睡的女友姐姐所吸引，侯男竟起色心，把手伸進姊姊的下體，姊姊驚
醒反抗，侯男竟摀住對方嘴巴持續指侵得逞。事後，姊姊氣得叫妹妹報警逮狼，但妹妹卻不
可置信說：「他不是這種人～」不相信男友會背叛她，姊姊氣得自己獨自報警，抓妹妹的男
友。
侯男原本矢口否認，事後檢警在姊姊下體中，採驗到侯男指甲上的DNA，成為性侵鐵證，侯
男才坦承犯罪說：「一時衝動！」日前全案偵結，檢方依強制性交罪嫌起訴侯男。（突發中
