有一個動作很有效~隨時隨地都能作,在佛學中叫作蹲挺,專門用來化去精力的
首先雙手掌交叉放在頭後方,雙腿與肩同寬,雙腳掌平行
接下來用力蹲下,蹲下的同時吐氣,蹲到底時剛好吐完,
接下來用力站起,站起的同時吸氣,站直時吸到飽,
要注意全程腰盡量挺直不彎,要收肛(就是夾緊屁股)
以上為一下,一節為55下,55下作完如果還是一炷擎天
那我只能說是你是天賦異柄,再作第二節吧
很辛苦,但絕對有效~早上起床時兩節下去對身體有很大的助益
