地點：北基公路 台五線與台五甲線交叉口 往基隆方向
事故車：舊型白色偉士牌機車
人：我爸爸 62歲
我爸爸在回家的路上發生車禍，腦部挫傷、顱內出血、
身上多處骨折，現在在加護病房觀察中，車禍原因不明，
道路附近沒有監視器，
想請求大家幫忙協尋有沒有目擊者看到車禍是什麼發生的，拜託大家!!
