小弟最近剛做 結果超累的= =
簡諧過程中是有快感沒錯
但到後半段一直處於要到卻沒到的狀態
卡很久 最後好不容易到了 也喘的跟牛一樣了..
跟朋友聊了下
想說是不是因為沒在重訓或是練心肺的原因
但我朋友老鳥說：
「跟那哪有關係= =，做愛根本就不會累好不好= =」
「是你姿勢不對，只要對了幾乎都不用出力。」
但再追問詳細 他就沒再講清楚了
到底有什麼撇步好想知道啊
各位版友友建議嗎？
