最普遍的硬度/持久度/強度不夠,發生原因為睪固酮不足,
隨著年齡的增長,睪固酮的分泌量會越來越少,
健康地增加睪固酮量的方法就是運動, │

1. 看A片打槍時的某種壞習慣
有部分的男生,喜歡開啟A片之後,一邊快轉找重點,一邊打槍,
這片看完還沒射,就開下一片,然後再快轉找重點,
大頭與小頭的狀態就會像下面這樣:
大頭:接受性刺激→中斷性刺激→接受性刺激→中斷性刺激→接受性刺激→爽

小頭: 硬 → 軟 → 硬 → 軟 → 硬 →射
年輕的時候可以一路硬到底,沒有影響沒有注意就一直都這樣做,
後期與伴侶做愛時,接受性刺激才會硬的習慣,可能造成在對方口交或愛撫時才會硬,
或者在中斷動作去戴套時軟掉,甚至在抽插動作舒服感受較低的時候硬度不佳。

可以嘗試著改善打手槍的習慣,先挑好各片的精采片段,再一次爽到射,

一般人也許無法體會,但確實有些人打手槍是在半勃或未勃起狀態下射精,
這是一個蠻恐怖的壞習慣,
身體會記憶這個習慣,覺得不勃起也沒關係,反正可以射,
久而久之就會忘記怎麼勃起(或只能夠半勃),
因此,在射精前一刻,必須感受一下雞雞是否有完全勃起,
用類似凱格爾運動的方式,抽動一下雞雞,確保硬度,再進行射精,
比較不會讓身體養成這種壞習慣。

(三) 食補
很重要的一個觀念,是食補,並非吃藥!
市售的壯陽藥如果很厲害,早就紅透半邊天,在世界各國大賺特賺了,
從古至今只有一個東西有這樣的情況,那就是威而鋼,因此不要再去拔獅子鬃毛了。
食補對於沒有運動習慣或年齡較長的男性有明顯的效果,
其中一個攝取海鮮類裡的鋅(Zn+),顧肝又顧雞雞,棒棒!
要吃含有鋅的維他命也是可以啦,畢竟不是每天都有蛤罵可以吃,
而且有膽固醇過高的問題,
但過量的鋅會傷害頭髮與加速老化,所以一切適量就好。

心理問題有兩個層面
1. 情緒壓力
2. 慾望的中斷

包含工作壓力/情感壓力/自信不足/感情不睦等等,
雖然做愛時不會特別意識到這些壓力,但確實在心底的某處影響著雞雞,
學習舒壓,學會舒壓會對房事有一定程度的改善,
至於舒壓的方法,網路上很多啊,自行找找囉,
下略五百種紓壓方法。

2. 慾望的中斷
一開始很色的時候都蠻順利的,做到一半就硬不起來了,
因為在做的過程中,腦子裡性慾已經獲得部分滿足,

這部分需要另一半的配合,除了抽插之外,需強化一些刺激感,
例如言語上的刺激,另一半喊著:「幹我!幹我!」來增加鬥志。
或者換姿勢、穿戰鬥服、後半以口交代替抽插、
抽插時肛門按摩/攝護腺按摩、捏乳頭等等各種方式。
(年輕時玩很大的話這種方法就會失效,因為一切已經不刺激了。)
