今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，去年10月，新竹王姓工程師帶曾姓女友開房間，兩
人在床上親密之際，王男竟不小心用膝蓋猛撞女友的胸部，導致她前胸挫傷，王男
趕緊送她到台大醫院新竹分院急診，折騰到凌晨2點才離院。
事後曾女怒告男友過失傷害罪並提出民事求償，醫療費、生活所需、車馬費加上精
神撫慰金，一開口就求償800萬，王男年收入不過70萬，被女友這高額的賠償金嚇
壞，表示只願意賠償1萬元。
法官認為確實是王男疏於注意造成曾女前胸挫傷，堪信曾女受有相當精神痛苦，最
後判賠償精神賠償金3萬元。
