有時候動作激烈一些,或是動作比較僵硬,
屁股靠近大腿的筋會突然一陣抽痛。
如果是很激烈的三檔模式(一秒抽插超過3下),
還能讓狂熱蓋過疼痛。
但要是那種必須單腳支撐的金雞獨立式,
或是女生騎在上面,可是男生背後沒支撐,
只能自己懸空向上頂的盪劍式,
那就真的只能靠毅力撐到女生先不行。
往往事後還會痛個好幾十分鐘,
嚴重的時候甚至走路會掰咖。
有點擔心長久下去,有天要看復健科,
各位大大知道怎麼避免這種床上運動傷害嗎?
