一般來說，
有真大奶的女生都會有脂肪堆積層，
也就是我們所謂的蝴蝶袖。
如下圖：

那你一定會問：
「為什麼大奶的女生都或多或少有蝴蝶袖呢？」
這就要講到我們所謂的副乳的部份了～
下圖紅色圈起來，
不平整的地方就是所謂的副乳。

我們都知道乳房是由脂肪所堆積而成的，
堆積的多，叫胸器。
堆積的少，叫時尚。
那我們把話題拉回來，
要怎麼知道是真奶還是硬擠奶呢？
從下圖中我們可以清楚看到硬擠的奶，
會呈現有些許擠壓的痕跡，外型也較不自然。

其手臂與副乳也較無脂肪堆積。
而真奶則明顯的可以感受到自然集中，
且無擠壓狀，如下圖：

接下來還有所謂的整型奶，
那我們又如何分別呢？

各位先猜猜看，
哪個是真、哪個是假？？
好，猜對了嗎。
上面紅色圈圈的是真的，
下面是假的。
為什麼呢？
儘管現在的整形追求自然…
但你要知道所謂的整型，
還是由整外醫師操刀。
而這些醫師又是追求完美的藝術家。
他們或許創造出了一座完美的藝術品，
卻反而把藝術品創造的太完美。
正常的胸部，應該一大一小。
(因為心臟[供血量]的關係)
但模仿的卻是兩個近似相同的大小。
這是因為怕顧客會不滿意外，
也怕自己的作品不如其他的醫生。
大概就這樣..
這些都是我在整外學到的..
判別有許多的小技巧，
多摸幾對奶(無論真假)你就會看了。
所以…你這張圖片的奶是真的，
她僅僅只是集中而已，沒有墊很多。
稍微新增說明一下：
蝴蝶袖的部份僅僅只是作為參考依據，
並不代表大就一定會有蝴蝶袖。
(或也不一定小就不會有，要看脂肪堆積的狀況)
畢竟蝴蝶袖可以靠運動去消除，
但「多少」還是會有脂肪組織堆積，並沒有100%的判斷準則。
這真的就是經驗分享，
如果要真的知道多大，還是實際去體驗吧！
