桃園一對夫妻常吵架，先生今年5月突性慾大發，不顧妻子反對，強脫她內衣褲，拿衣服綑綁她雙手，性侵得逞。老婆報案後心軟撤告，檢方依妨害性自主罪嫌予以不起訴。
今日出版的《聯合報》報導，警方調查，當天凌晨2點多，夫妻倆起口角，妻子遭老公強行拉扯，又被推到床上，內衣褲都被脫掉，遭老公性侵得逞。1個多禮拜後，他變本加厲，脫掉自身上衣綑綁老婆雙手，再強脫對方內褲，性侵得逞。
妻子不甘受入報警，事後先生苦苦哀求，妻子最後選擇原諒對方並決定撤告。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
