有些男性同胞會有持久力的問題
或想要提高持久力跟床上戰鬥力
應該很多人都知道運動會對於這兩者有幫助
以下分享我個人經驗覺得最有效的運動
先說我的運動習慣
我高中的時就愛打籃球
我大學時期開始接觸重訓, 慢跑, 單車.
一直到現在出社會工作都有維持.
所以我的持久力跟戰鬥力一直都在水準之上
但最近換了新教練,改變訓練內容
從過去的肌肥大的訓練
改成最大肌力及爆發力的訓練
讓我持久力跟戰鬥力兩方面的表現都更超過以往.
更勝大學時期的瘋狂巴尼
簡單說明一下:
肌肥大的訓練主要是讓肌肌變大,看起來很厲害.
最大肌力跟爆發力則是著重在肌肌的運動表現,
讓你的肌肌用起來很厲害.
所以不管持久力,戰鬥力,
或是硬度及恢復能力都會顯著上升.
只可惜不能讓小頭變成粉紅色.
以有效性來說:
肌力訓練&爆發力訓練 > HIIT > 肌肥大訓練(傳統健身) >> 有氧運動
這個也可以類推到各種運動表現
所以現在我只做肌力訓練
btw,有氧運動對於本來就有運動的人來說,
對於增強運動表現毫無幫助.
最近跟女伴玩,
大概都維持30~45min,
CD時間大概都是5~10min,
開房休息的3小時做了三次
幾乎都維持在戰鬥狀態
她表示: "Amazing..."
所以就放棄了以前的固炮了.
