內射要負責 女告男網友性侵敗訴

楊姓女學生透過網路結識同校許姓網友（20歲），去年7月兩人到大直美麗華約會，因下
大雨，兩人衣服濕透。楊女指控對方假意約她到住處烘衣服，卻乘機褪去她衣褲性交，控
告對方強制性交罪。但楊女說詞反覆，事後又願和解，士林地檢署處分許不起訴。
楊女稱遭性侵，但許說當時是兩情相悅，何況一周後女生又來她家，再上了一次床。
檢察官檢視雙方LINE通訊紀錄，許一再關心女方懷孕、人工引產的計畫，楊女罵「當初你
要射在裡面，你就要負責」，並未提及遭強暴。楊母也和許以簡訊往來，僅指摘「怎麼沒
做安全措施」，沒有責備行為。檢方不排除是女方不滿男方事後處理態度才提控。
