不要哭哭
我也是練習了一年多才學會怎麼搖的
而且還沒有搖的很好哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈
因為是微距離
所以最多一個月才會有一次機會讓我爬上去
一開始是在家用枕頭練習
久了在枕頭上面固定一根sogalan
（這邊補充一下要找能固定的sogalan有搜尋穿戴式的，就是蕾絲片裡面在用的，才可以
乖乖綁在枕頭上）
這樣你才會知道怎麼搖你會爽
上下搖跟前後搖的使力點在哪裡
對於沒有運動的肥宅來說
先被幹個15分鐘爽完想說給男友休息讓他享受被服務的感覺一下好了
在上面搖個20分鐘
他媽的我腳快斷掉
所以練習腰力以外還要練習大腿跟腿的耐力
不然會跟肥宅我一樣兩天走路都在抖
仿佛會到學生時代跑800一樣
崩潰
很久沒po文了
還請高抬貴手囉
