一名 40 歲的曾姓男子， 5 年前於一所國中內任教體育老師，卻和新竹一名國三少女發
展成「師生戀」關係。曾男多次帶少女回家嘿咻，並用手機錄下兩人的性愛過程。豈料，
影片最後卻外流至色情網站，被少女親友發現，少女父親得知後氣得對曾男提告，事後曾
男遭校方解聘，轉戰護膚坊擔任「皮條客」，二度遭警查獲。

綜合媒體報導，曾男 5 年前於一所國中內任教體育老師，並和其中一名國三女學生透過
手機通訊軟體 LINE 互通情意，兩人進而發展為師生戀關係。 2014 年間，曾男邀少女回
家，並在其住處多次發生性關係，曾男聲稱想留紀念，要求用手機拍下兩人性愛過程獲少
女同意，直到 2016 年 2 月間，少女的親友在色情網站無意間看見少女與曾男交歡影片
，嚇得轉告少女父親，案情東窗事發。

父親聞訊後立刻詢問女兒來龍去脈，少女則表示，與曾姓體育老師曾為情侶關係，是在取
得她的同意之下才會拍攝性愛影片，強調發生性關係為兩情相悅。少女父親仍氣得對曾男
提告，曾男立刻遭校方解聘，轉戰護膚坊成為「皮條客」，遭警方二度查獲。

檢警偵辦時，意外發現曾男在擔任教師前曾有過竊盜罪前科，而曾男坦承拍攝兩人性愛影
片，卻矢口否認將影片外流。法官認為，曾男明知對方未成年，此舉嚴重影響少女身心及
人格發展，賠償 28 萬元和解卻未獲原諒，最終依拍攝少年性交行為電子訊號罪判處 8
個月徒刑，不得緩刑，全案仍可上訴。
